Commercial property and Condominium Associations offer unique challenges for the property managers and Boards. KAR Engineering provides the services they need, whether it’s troubleshooting faulty infrastructure, replacing HVAC systems, siding and roofing designs, permitting, structural repairs and modifications, or capital and replacement reserve studies. If a facility is under-reserved, we work with the client to prioritize spending and build up the reserve while ensuring that the money for required projects will be available. When permits are necessary, KAR can provide the designs and drawings, fill out the permit applications, co-ordinate with the contractors, and provide inspections services as required. Close coordination with the property managers and Boards frees up their time for core responsibilities while ensuring that money is spent wisely.
